'Old Ebbitt Grill' jumped out at me for some unexplained reason, but after reworking the letters I think I've figured it out.

OLD EBBITT GRILL = TILT BOLD GERBIL

Okay... maybe I haven't quite figured it out. But I'll keep working at it.
